On Episode 4 of This Food Bangz, we get exclusive access to THE BAKER MAN himself, Drew, of Drew’s Cakes. This man has been pushing out cakes, cupcakes, and all sorts of treats from his kitchen in West London for over 10 years and counting. We sit down for a real and raw discussion about the business and get to know the man behind the apron.
Drew is a professional if there ever was one. Not only is he a baker, he is also an impressive chef.
He cooks to order and caters events big and small.
On our visit to Drew’s, he whipped us up a prawn linguine for lunch and baked us a selection of cupcakes and red velvet (butter-)cream pies/ice cream sandwiches for dessert. The linguine… the cakes...they speak for themselves. Drew knows what he’s doing, and he does it well. This food BANGZ.

Drew’s reflections serve as sobering reminders of OUR responsibility to support and uplift our neighbors (and hold accountable those who don’t). We thank Drew for opening up his kitchen and sharing his journey with us.
